Pre Contract Services
Post Contract Consultancy Services
The pre-contract phase is the preparation stage. This is when ideas form about the project and it is described in theoretical terms. It is also when intentions are solidified and its interpretations take shape.
Pre Contract Services are often called a feasibility study or pre-design studies. Clients sometimes do not understand the importance of pre-design planning and want to jump right into the design. It is often more prudent to start with analysis and planning before architectural design. That said, pre-design services can begin at any point. Using a collaborative, consensus building, and holistic approach to every project, our team will work closely with you to identify the overall project vision, goals, and requirements.
As your professional representative, our services go far beyond the typical construction documents and project specifications that are required for a building permit.
Based on the feasibility study and subsequent data collection, the following are the phases of the process emphasized;
Post Contract Consultancy Services means further development work undertaken after drawings have been certified by another consultant. These services are taken up on the already certified design, wherein the appointed consultants’ service term ended and client intents to engage another consultant for betterment of the project in terms of value engineering and subsequently act as an Architect of Record & Supervision Consultant.
Post Contract Consultancy Services may include, but not limited to, meetings, construction assistance, plans revisions, shop drawing review, survey services, as-built drawings review, and load ratings.
Post Contract Consultancy Services typically begin immediately following completion of Construction Documents, although work on some services included may actually be started earlier. During the Post-Design Services phase, NEO provides ongoing administration, coordination and supervision of the construction and close-out phases.

At the behest of the client, we undertake and carry out structural investigations using several highly specialist and standard techniques, depending on the structure. We start our process through a visual observation and subsequently analyze the outcomes to recommend a structural investigation to be carried-out by the specialists. The investigation of the elements, such as structural condition, detail, concrete assessment and material testing, is taken-up for further analysis to ascertain the condition of the building.
Based on the reports from laboratory and non-laboratory assessments, our structural engineers provide a detailed report on the condition and its expected remedial measures. These remedial measures and their processes increase the longevity of the building life and its occupancy.
Subsequently, we also carry out an investigation of soil and its analysis, which is a pre-requisite prior commencement of structural design.
